2. Quali dati raccolgo
Dati di navigazione. Quando visiti il sito, il server che lo ospita registra in automatico alcuni dati tecnici, come l’indirizzo IP, il tipo di browser e le pagine visitate. Servono solo a far funzionare il sito e a proteggerlo, e non li uso per identificarti.
Dati che mi dai tu. Il sito non ha moduli di contatto né aree riservate. Se mi scrivi su WhatsApp, per email o mi telefoni, uso il tuo nome, il numero o l’indirizzo email e quello che mi scrivi solo per risponderti e fissare l’appuntamento.
3. Servizi esterni e link
I pulsanti WhatsApp aprono l’app o il sito di WhatsApp, che appartiene a Meta e ha una propria informativa privacy. Lo stesso vale per i link a Instagram, Facebook e TikTok: quando li apri esci da questo sito e valgono le regole di quelle piattaforme.

Il sito usa solo cookie tecnici, necessari a farlo funzionare correttamente. Non uso cookie di profilazione né cookie pubblicitari, e non vendo o cedo i tuoi dati a nessuno. Puoi comunque cancellare o bloccare i cookie dalle impostazioni del tuo browser.
5. Perché e per quanto tempo
Tratto i tuoi dati per rispondere alle tue richieste e gestire gli appuntamenti (base giuridica: esecuzione di misure precontrattuali e del servizio richiesto) e per rispettare gli obblighi di legge, per esempio quelli fiscali. Li conservo per il tempo necessario a questi scopi e per i periodi previsti dalla legge.
6. Chi può vedere i tuoi dati
I tuoi dati li vedo solo io. Il fornitore che ospita il sito tratta i dati tecnici di navigazione per conto mio, solo per far funzionare il servizio. Se necessario, alcuni dati possono essere comunicati al mio commercialista per gli adempimenti fiscali.

8. Security Measures
We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personally identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.
